Terms of Service

Effective Date & Last Updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing the directory, submitting a business profile, or endorsing a peer on TrustGrid, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Membership & Eligibility

To list a business on TrustGrid or participate in peer endorsements, you must be at least 18 years old, possess legitimate operational authority on behalf of the registered entity, and complete mobile phone OTP verification.

3. Business Directory Accuracy

Business owners represent and warrant that all information submitted — including trade names, addresses, phone numbers, licensing, category tags, and portfolio images — is accurate, authentic, and not misleading.

TrustGrid reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile that contains fabricated claims, invalid contact details, or deceptive business practices.

4. Authentic Peer Endorsements

The integrity of TrustGrid depends on genuine human trust. When endorsing a business via "Update Trust" or writing a review:

  • You must have direct, verifiable commercial or professional interaction with the business.
  • You may not receive financial compensation, kickbacks, or free products in exchange for artificial positive ratings.
  • Reciprocal voting rings or automated bot upvoting will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from the network.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and business owners agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest contact information for mass spam or unsolicited robocalling.
  • Impersonate another registered business, brand, or licensed professional.
  • Post defamatory, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content in reviews or community ASKs.
  • Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform infrastructure.

6. Commercial Disclaimers & Transactions

TrustGrid is a discovery, trust validation, and peer referral introduction platform. TrustGrid is not a party to any commercial agreement, contract, or transaction between clients and listed service providers.

Users are encouraged to exercise ordinary commercial prudence, inspect licenses, agree upon written estimates, and execute formal contracts directly with service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the engagement or quality of work delivered by third-party directory providers.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to TrustGrid shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
